Having trouble staying awake in your classes? Staying awake in class is most important to high school student or college student but it is hard for everyone for time to time. That is some reasons why student such as playing computer game at the mid night, doing assignments, chatting with friends or watching movie in cinema. To stay awake in class, we must pay attention to our balance diet, change our study attitude and have a good daily activities.
First and foremost, breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day, but most of us easy to neglect our breakfast. Actually we should eat something in the mornings because it can makes us more alert and also will give us more energy for the morning. We can take breads, milk, egg and walnuts as our breakfast, those food contains many protein and nutrition that are needed to our body and provide energy to our body. We can bring some foods or drinks if your teacher allows you. Bring along coffee or energy booster such as Red Bull or essence of chicken to the class because drinking those types of drinks is the most great way to stay more alert and awake for a few hours. We also can bring some foods to class such as chocolates, candy, snacks and chewing gum, its keep our mounth busy and keep our mind active so that we can more alert in class even the class are so boring.
Furthermore, our attitude of study are also are important to make sure we can stay awake in class. So we ought to participate actively in class dicussion, when the teacher are teaching, we should listening carefully and take down note. The place that you sitting also will help us to put more alert in class. Example, you sit a place that you know you will pay more attention and also have someone to talk, so the best place you sit is sit in front and can make eye contact so we are no dare to sleep in class. Before we go for the class, we should prepare for class to make sure we are ready to learn. This is a good idea to make us more understand what the teacher are teaching and we will not sleep in class.
Lastly, a good night's sleep is needed every night. Most people need at least 8 hours of sleep the night before. If we have enough time to sleep, then it will be very easy to us to pay attention and never fall asleep in class. However, most student willing to spent their time to their interested activities.They play online games for example playing Dota games, super mario, or brothers.They also like clubbing in the pub until the mid night and they drink too much of alcohol. Drinking alcohol let them can't wake up on next day and can't concentrate on their study.Besides that, do exercise also can avoid us to asleep in class, after we do the exercise we have good blood circulation and our mind will be fresh so we are not sleepy when in class.
In a nutshell, if we have a good balance diet ,correct study attitude and have enough of rest time, we can 100% stay awake in class even in a boring class. Always stay alert in class are very important to student because if you fall asleep in class, you will miss a lot of imformation and knowledges that the teacher teachs in class.
